About Feast of Fates
Love can unmake a kingdom. Fate will ask it to.
Morigan is no one: an unassuming handmaiden with no past and no power. Or so she believes. The moment her skin meets Caenith’s, a warrior whose blood runs wild with something older than kings, the old world wakes. A prophecy turns its face. And the rulers of Geadhain begin their final, lethal game. This is dark romantasy with stakes that cut: court intrigue with daggers under the table, sorcery with a price paid in blood, and a bond between two people that burns against everything trying to extinguish it.
Hunted by queens and monsters, Morigan must learn who she is. Caenith must decide what he is willing to break. Neither of them has time, because something ancient is stirring in Geadhain, and it has already chosen its first move.
Perfect for readers of The Witcher, Game of Thrones, and Outlander who want sweeping stakes, lush world-building, and a love that burns through the dark.
Kirkus Starred.
“An unmissable dark fantasy tale that marries gorgeous prose to a lavishly detailed plot.”
The complete five-book cycle is available now.
Enter the World of Four Feasts Till Darkness
What happens when an ordinary handmaiden discovers that her destiny is intertwined with forces older than kings?
In Feast of Fates, Christian A. Brown introduces readers to Morigan, a young woman who believes she has neither a remarkable past nor extraordinary power.
But everything changes when she encounters Caenith.
Their connection awakens something ancient, setting a prophecy in motion and drawing the attention of powerful rulers who are preparing for a deadly confrontation.
As political intrigue deepens and dangerous sorcery threatens the world of Geadhain, Morigan must discover the truth about herself.
Meanwhile, Caenith faces choices that could demand unimaginable sacrifices.
Hunted by queens and monsters, the pair find themselves at the centre of a struggle involving love, power and the fate of kingdoms.
Combining the sweeping scale of epic fantasy with dark romance, court intrigue and richly developed mythology, Feast of Fates offers an immersive introduction to the Four Feasts Till Darkness series.
For readers who enjoy complex fantasy worlds, dangerous magic, morally challenging choices and powerful romantic connections, this is a series worth discovering.
