About Aletheia Vol. I: In the Shadows
As Imperial Rome forges its empire upon the ashes of war, its provinces compete for power, influence and religious prominence.
Amid the political turmoil, an adopted Jew connected to a long-dead son of Rome is playing a dangerous game.
Driven by a vision of a future he believes must be prevented, he forms an unlikely alliance that threatens to attract unwelcome attention.
Meanwhile, a provincial governor and his sons become caught in events beyond their control.
Cassius chooses vengeance, setting in motion consequences destined to echo across time.
His brother Justus seeks the safety of obscurity.
With few allies remaining, their search for answers brings them together with Caeso, a haruspex and trusted friend of their father, and Hector, a forgotten hero of the Tenth Legion.
Their only hope may lie in uncovering a secret powerful enough to start a war.
Packed with historical intrigue, dangerous alliances and personal conflicts, Aletheia Vol. I: In the Shadows invites readers into a world where every decision could change the course of history.
