Submissions Close on 16th August – We’re Looking for Our Next Great Stories #Authors

Our current submissions window is drawing to a close, and we’d love to discover a few more exceptional manuscripts before submissions close on 16th August.

Since opening our doors, we’ve been overwhelmed by the quality of submissions we’ve received. It’s been a privilege to read so many wonderful stories, and we’re excited to continue building a publishing list filled with books that readers genuinely connect with.

As Acorn & Ink continues to grow, so does our team. We’re delighted to have expanded our submissions team, ensuring every manuscript receives the time, care and consideration it deserves. We’ve also welcomed a new cover designer whose passion is creating beautiful, commercially appealing covers that capture readers’ attention while reflecting the heart of every story.

We Welcome All Full-Length Fiction

At Acorn & Ink Publishing, we are open to all full-length fiction genres. Every manuscript is considered on its own merits, and we’re always searching for stories that entertain, inspire and stay with readers long after they’ve turned the final page.

That said, there are a few genres we’d especially love to add to our growing list:

  • Contemporary fiction, particularly small-town stories and series with memorable returning characters.
  • Commercial spicy romance.
  • Fresh, compelling dystopian fiction.
  • Young Adult fiction.
  • Middle Grade fiction.

We’re also particularly keen to hear from previously published authors who may be looking for a new publishing home.

Whether your previous publisher has closed, your publishing goals have changed, your rights have reverted, or you’re simply looking for a more personal and supportive publishing experience, we’d love the opportunity to read your work.

Why Choose Acorn & Ink Publishing?

Choosing a publisher is one of the biggest decisions an author will make. We know there are many options available, so we’ve built Acorn & Ink around one simple belief:

We don’t believe our job ends when your book is released.

That’s when the real work begins.

Our aim is to build careers.

If you’ve written a full-length novel you’re proud of, we’d love to hear from you.
