About the Author

Rachel Wood is the founder of Rare Birds Book Shop, the much-loved independent bookshop based in Edinburgh that was named one of the coolest new bookshops by The Sunday Times. Originally from Toronto, Rachel moved to Edinburgh to complete a masters in creative writing and has called the city home ever since.
