About the Author

Sherri L Dodd grew up in southeast Texas, surrounded by nature, folklore, and stories of ghosts and demons. That early fascination with the strange and supernatural inspired her first short story sale as a child and has stayed with her ever since.

Later moving to the central coast of California, Sherri developed a writing style that blends genre elements in compelling ways. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Holistic Theology, which brings an added richness to the themes and perspective within her work.

Her publisher describes her fiction as paranormal thriller, though her stories also weave in murder mystery and touches of magic realism. Murder Under Redwood Moon is the first book in the Murder, Tea & Crystals Trilogy, followed by Moonset on Desert Sands and Hummingbird Moonrise. All three books became Amazon #1 Best Sellers in the Occult Supernatural category.
