✍️ About the Author

Dr Orhan Dragaš is a Serbian expert in security and international relations and the founder and director of the International Security Institute in Belgrade.

He has written extensively on global security, intelligence systems, and international affairs, with multiple published books and articles. His academic work includes a PhD focused on modern national security systems, along with further study at institutions including the London School of Economics, Yale, Oxford, and Harvard.

He is also a European Commission expert on migration and internal affairs and a member of leading international organisations including Chatham House and RUSI.
