When she’s not writing or coaching, Rebecca enjoys reading in the garden, woodland walks, cycling, travelling and exploring with her daughter, husband and a close circle of female friends.
Her mission with Me to We is simple but powerful: to help mums harness self-compassion, self-confidence and personal growth so they can enjoy the present while evolving alongside their families.
