We’re thrilled to be partnering with Inner Rewilding: A Scientist’s Journey Into Being by Holly Erin Copeland for an upcoming Bookstagram tour that invites readers to slow down, reflect, and reconnect — with themselves, with nature, and with what truly matters.
Running from 9th–13th February, this thoughtful and nourishing campaign will see a wonderful group of Bookstagrammers sharing their personal reflections on a book that blends science, spirituality, and deep emotional honesty.
🌱 About the Book
Inner Rewilding is part memoir, part spiritual guide — born from Holly’s journey as a conservation scientist who, after experiencing burnout and illness, discovered that healing the world begins with healing ourselves.
Weaving together lived experience, ecological insight, mysticism and gentle guidance, this book speaks to anyone feeling overwhelmed, climate-anxious, spiritually weary, or simply longing to come home to themselves again. It’s a powerful reminder that reconnection doesn’t require escape — just presence.
