Four words, uttered on a deathbed, send Toni Stevens three hundred miles south, on a quest that will have life-altering consequences.
What happened on Silver Hill? It’s a place Toni has never heard of. But when her dying sister mentions it, Toni’s interest is captured, and she embarks on a journey that will blow her world apart.
Before she dies, Ruth Stevens tells her sister to go to Silver Hill. Toni doesn’t know where it is — until she meets the mysterious Gerard Holmes at Ruth’s funeral. A solicitor with knowledge of Ruth and of Silver Hill, he leaves Toni with his card.
When Toni travels to meet him, she finds herself forced to uncover the truth alone. What she discovers overturns everything she believed about her life. Drawn into a hidden past with people who know her — even though she doesn’t know them — Toni becomes the centre of a web of deceit.
Silver Hill is pulling her into its story… and she’s not sure she wants to leave.
