⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I had such a good time with Love’s A Witch. It’s got that perfect mix of small-town charm, family drama, and a swoony romance, all with a magical twist that makes it feel like a warm hug on a blustery day.
Sloane MacGregor is a heroine after my own heart – determined, a wee bit stubborn, and absolutely not ready to be dragged back to Briarhaven. But with her twenty-fifth birthday looming and a family curse to break, she doesn’t have much choice. Enter Knox Douglas, the town’s grumpy mayor and former crush, who is determined to keep order… if only his heart would cooperate.
What I loved most was the balance between cosy and chaotic. Briarhaven itself leaps off the page – a magical wee town that feels like it could be tucked away in the Highlands. There’s mischief, sparks (literal and romantic), and that brilliant mix of humour and heart that keeps you grinning while your chest aches just a little.
This is exactly the kind of story I reach for when I want a bit of escapism. It reminded me why I adore witchy romances: they’re playful, a touch dramatic, and always full of heart.
Love’s A Witch is pure witchy fun – a magical, romantic romp with a grumpy/sunshine pairing you can’t help but root for.
