Amanda Jackson had succumbed to the fact that she’d been a captive. That she’d involuntary fallen victim to an underground market of despicable men. To protect herself, she was willing to try anything; even attempting to convince her captor that he loved her. That plan backfired.
Connor Brooks didn’t show emotions with his captives. Bring them in, get them out, collect the cash, and repeat the process. Amanda, however, was different. He found himself growing attached to her. Possessive. When another man stole him from her, Connor was determined to get her back. By any means necessary.
Malcolm Luxx was used to dealing with shady business practices. He ran one of his own in the art world. He drew the line at Connor’s business. When he discovered one of the women he’d taken was his high school crush, he swooped in and saved her. Or so he thought.

Author bio
I’m a hybrid author, meaning that I have some titles with publishing houses and some that I’ve published on my own. I’ve been publishing work since 2011. I’m a single mom of two adult children living in coastal Maine. I work a full-time job but do try to put out 3-4 books a year. I’m a bit of a planner (okay, I’m a LOT a planner.)
When I’m not writing, you might find me performing at my local theater trying hard to put that BA in theater to good use, or rewatching Marvel movies. As you do.
While I do have some fantasy and paranormal books, I now mostly write romance. I’m a sucker for HEA or HFN books. If you like character-driven stories that keep you turning the pages to find out what happens next, then my books might be for you.
