Who would your books be perfect for?

Do you have a favourite character to write?

I love writing about Sheriff Jenna Alton. She’s a complicated woman with secrets who is tough yet keeps her feminine side. She rarely allows her feelings to show and sticks to the letter of the law. Although surrounded by men she’s never one of the boys. Jenna is in charge but underneath her professional façade, all my readers know, she has a soft spot for Kane, her deputy— but then who wouldn’t like a six-five handsome ex-marine?

Can you share with us a photo that means something special to you?

A wonderful memory to keep of my granddaughters’ performance on stage in a professional production.

 What has been your proudest bookish moment?

When The Crying Season made it into the USA Today Bestselling List.

What is your favourite read of your whole life and why?

Outlander by Diana Gabaldon.  I read crime thrillers but this story grabbed me by the heart and wouldn’t let go.
