On Friday the 26th of July, the newly opened Portobello Bookshop had their official launch party. It was lovely to attend and be part of something so very special.
Jack Clark and Sarah Barnard did a wonderful job along with their team of making a superb evening. With special guests authors Doug Johnstone and Daniel Gray doing readings from their latest releases.
I highly recommend popping into The Portobello Bookshop it will thrive on support from book lovers and you can always nip down to the beach afterwards for a spot of reading in the sun or alternatively on a rainy day grab a wee cuppa in one of the many beach cafes with your newly purchased book.
