On the 18th of April, it was time for the now yearly book launch for Lesley Kelly’s new release. It is a highlight of my own personal bookish calendar year. Chaired by Liam Rudden and held in the beautiful surroundings of Waterstones, book shop in Edinburgh.
Here are some photographs from the event. It is always a real treat to hear Lesley talk about her books. The series is so different from any thing else on the book market. As Liam Rudden said they are definitely “Oh, just another chapter” books.

Lesley Kelly presented both Liam Rudden and Ceris Jones from Sandstone Press with this extra special bottle at the end of the event.

So if you haven’t caught the Lesley Kelly book bug yet isn’t it time you did?

Back of the Book
The pandemic is spreading.
On Friday, three civil servants leading Virus policy hold a secret meeting at the Museum of Plagues and Pandemics. By Monday, two are dead and one is missing.
It’s up to Mona and Bernard of the Health Enforcement Team to find the missing official before panic hits the streets.
You can read my book review of Death at the Plague Museum here.
A perfect evening and lots of book love for the Death at the Plague Museum. If you haven’t read the series I highly recommend it. You can read each book as a standalone.
