-Review-

Thriller Live is everything you would want it to be and more. With a diverse cast providing hit after hit the excitement levels in the theatre were high.  With short bursts of dialogue to explain a little bit about the King of Pop, the show’s main focus was to highlight Michael Jackson’s music. Although at one point there was audience participation that was so much fun.

It was refreshing to have an array of extremely talented male and female soloists perform the hits.  Adriana Louise was out of this world and owned the stage.

A key performance was Earth Song. The song focuses on the awful topics that are so quickly dismissed even today. Michael Jackson’s passion and feelings were brought to life through the lyrics and executed beautifully through song and dance by the cast.

This show doesn’t delve into newspaper headlines or the history of Michael Jackson’s personal journey, it focuses on what is important now and that is the music.

You leave the theatre with the songs in your head and wishing you could see more.  A must see show for anyone who loves great music and a high energy performance.
