Gosh, you are in for a real treat today. I have read so many books this year and Lost For Words by Stephanie Butland has been a highlight. It’s one of those books that makes a most welcome imprint on your heart forever.
Lost For Words ~ My Review
The cover is perfect, it gives nothing away at all. I like to go into a book knowing as little as possible. It’s meant to be an adventure, I want to meet everyone in my own time and settle into my new surroundings. I also like that the book is suitable for all seasons. I could give it as a present for someone’s birthday in June or a Christmas gift in December. Which will be happening, because the story and characters are a must for everyone to meet.
The story is very well written, you get taken on an journey as we learn about Loveday and the history that haunts her present. The pieces of the puzzle unfold and at times it’s best to have an unlimited amount of tissues at the ready. It’s deeply moving and tears will fall. This is not your average run of the mill love story, this one has heart!
I don’t do spoilers in my reviews and I am struggling today not to tell you about the characters I detested and the ones I loved. Once you have read the book you will know who’s who.
So I encourage you with every bone in my body to reach out today and get your copy, give your heart and head an unforgettable journey.
At time of print the eBook is only 99p and the physical copy is wait for it only £2.

Lost For Words By Stephanie Butland
Loveday Cardew prefers books to people. If you look carefully, you might glimpse the first lines of the novels she loves most tattooed on her skin. But there are some things Loveday will never show you.
Into her refuge – the York book emporium where she works – come a poet, a lover, a friend, and three mysterious deliveries, each of which stirs unsettling memories.
Everything is about to change for Loveday. Someone knows about her past and she can’t hide any longer. She must decide who around her she can trust. Can she find the courage to right a heartbreaking wrong? And will she ever find the words to tell her own story?
It’s time to turn the pages of her past . . .
Huge thanks to Stephanie and Bonnier Zaffre for my ARC Copy.
I love a novel with ‘heart’! Sounds really great and one I’d also come to appreciate I believe!
