Born and raised in Minnesota, Brenda Benning is a lifelong lover of snow and winter. After relocating to Maryland, she rekindled her passion for writing. With a Bachelor’s degree in English and a Master’s in Social Work, Brenda has worked extensively with adoptive families and children with trauma histories.
Her professional experience supporting families through crisis informs the emotional depth of her storytelling. Brenda uses writing as a tool to process life’s challenges, crafting layered narratives that keep readers guessing while ultimately delivering hope.
