Author bio
Kay Freeman was born in Buffalo, NY, USA and moved five times before graduating from High School. A perpetual outsider, she immersed herself in books. She now lives in Wilmington, DE, and loves writing about damaged characters transformed by love. Kay has over three hundred hours of yoga teacher training and completed a ten-day Vipassana Meditation Retreat. The motivation to write her novel came from that experience. The heroine of the story, a yogi, also meditates and the protagonist, an MC member is haunted by memories of Afghanistan. Kay’s brother-in-law, a Marine, Vietnam vet, and a lifetime member of the Warlocks Motorcycle Club, inspired the creation of this character. Truth Moon is Kay Freeman’s debut novel.
