Review
It’s been many a year since I ventured out to a panto. But last night I found myself amongst a mixture of adults and kids and the pre-show atmosphere was magical. The excited anticipation was skin tingling. As the show began I realised a lot has changed from the oh no he isn’t – oh yes he is days.
Allan Stewart, Grant Stott and Andy Gray had the audience in the palm of their hands from scene one. The jokes came thick and fast with the theatre roof nearly being lifted from all the laughter. These three gents are outstanding and they really are the heart of the panto.
Gillian Parkhouse as Cinderella and James Darch as Prince Charming were engaging and very believable. The colourful costumes and sets were outstanding. The magical special effects were breathtaking and at one point brought a tear of happiness.
I thoroughly enjoyed the magic of Cinderella and IÂ know you will too.
This family fun show runs until Sunday the 28th of January. I’ve already booked tickets to see it again. For an evening or afternoon of pure delight book your tickets today.
